About Me

Hello I'm Setsuko.

I am originally from Japan and a Gold Coast based photographer. I have been living in this beautiful South East Queensland

for the past 19years.

As a wife and mother of two energetic boys, my life is very active, which I enjoy as it gives me the opportunity to meet a lot of

new people.

Prior to moving to Australia, I was an international tour guide and used to work all around the world. 

I have a passion for travel, and love experiencing different cultures and meeting new people with different backgrounds.

One of the things I love most about working as a photographer is that I get to know the people I am photographing, and my intuitive nature and photographic skills allow me to capture their true personalities.

My style is a beautiful blend of both candid and posed portraits.

Throughout my life, I have been engaged, married, pregnant and a mother, so I use these experiences to help me to create incredible photographs and capture special moments for my clients.

Please don't worry if your little ones are not so cooperative during the session, my boys aren't either. I am use to it:)

I will persevere and get some great candid shots that we are after.
